Henry Walker Homes

Client:
Henry Walker Homes

Objective:
Starting a new homebuilding company is always a daunting task, but starting one in one of the worst housing markets on record could seem downright crazy. That’s the exact challenge Henry Walker Homes was facing. As a new builder in a tough economy, they needed to establish their brand, distinguish themselves from the competition, and sell homes.

Solution:
Market research pointed to the consumer’s pain points and wish lists, which were then used to launch two marketing campaigns and various other promotions. The first campaign branded Henry Walker Homes and highlighted their unique selling propositions, and the second campaign promoted a limited-time offer. Both campaigns revolved around the phrase “Henry Has It,” meaning Henry Walker Homes could provide anything a buyer was looking for in a home.

My Role:

• Wrote the marketing plan
• Oversaw campaign implementation (bulletins, online banner ads, microsite, theatre ad, referral program, truck wrap, other promotions)
